To ensure the quality and lifetime of the product, please treat it with kindness.
Over time, the material may appear a bit worn. This is not a sign of depreciation — it is more akin to fermentation.
You might occasionally experience emotions other than happiness. This is the full spectrum of the experience, and it is expected.
People will come and go. Sometimes there will be loneliness; other times, abundance. Excitement or sadness are normal responses to this. These moments are often temporary and will pass. If they don’t, that’s okay.
If extended loneliness or sadness is experienced, we recommend the usual things — but otherwise, please contact support.
To keep the material operating at its best — for maximal strength, speed, and to maintain its lifetime warranty — we recommend frequent walks, stretching, meditating, reading, creativity, and play. This is suitable for all ages, whether 8 or 80.
While some may feel dissatisfied with their equipment, we remind you that each item is unique and must be embraced to reach its full potential.
If, for any reason, your equipment experiences early failure due to overindulgence or what we label as disease, improvements can often be made using the earlier recommendations.
The equipment possesses a unique ability: when paired with another, it may create new equipment. These new units must be treated with care. They possess infinite potential when embraced with love — they deserve no less.
It is typical to feel fear about the lifespan of the equipment. We understand. Your love for it is appreciated. Still, we must remind you: obsessing over your eventual separation from the equipment may prevent you from having the full experience.
There will be events that try to disrupt your experience with the equipment. We encourage you to be present for these events — and, by the same token, be fully present for the rest.
As always, we encourage reading the entirety of the manual. Updates will be frequent, so please leave your questions and comments, and we’ll provide answers as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your business.
